Dr. James Hoyne grew up in Margate, Florida, and attended University of Florida for his undergraduate degree and attended medical school at SFUHS in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Though Dr. Hoyne grew up and attended school in Florida, he came to Roseburg straight out of residency, and he’s called Douglas County home for more than two decades. Dr. Hoyne has a passion for service others, and helping his patients. Dr. Hoyne spends his free time reading and exercising.
