We believe that taking care of your mental and emotional health is just as important as your physical health. Our integrated Behavioral Health team works closely with your primary care provider to support your overall well-being.
We work to reduce the stigma around asking for help. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or life changes, we’re here to listen without judgment and help you find a path forward.

What We Offer
Behavioral Health appointments can occur in-person, or via telehealth (phone or video) if appropriate. Our behavioral health team includes:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Offers Individual counseling and support. To meet with our LCSW, you must be an established patient of a Newton Creek Clinic Primary Care Provider.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Provides evaluation and ongoing medication management for mental health conditions. Referrals to our PMHNP must be pre-approved before an appointment can be scheduled.

Have a question or want to make an appointment? Give us a call! We’re accepting new patients of all ages — OHP, Medicare, private insurance, and uninsured. We offer friendly scheduling, support transferring records, and financial assistance through the Pathways program.
