What is the Patient Portal?
Did you know you can access your personal electronic medical record online by directly logging into the Patient Portal? It is your personal, secure link to Umpqua Health Newton Creek. It’s an easy way to stay connected with your care team and access your health information anytime, from anywhere. Once you are connected to the patient portal, you will have access to:
- View your current and past payment statements
- Visit summaries
- Medical history
- Immunizations
- Medications
- Allergies
- View your lab, imaging and diagnostic testing results
- Telehealth services
- Get appointment reminders
- Submit requests for referrals, labs and prescription refills
- Pay your bill
Getting Started
We must set up your account before you can access the Patient Portal. Call our clinic at 541-229-7038 and ask them to confirm your email address and enable your access. Once you complete this step, you can access the Patient Portal using one of the options below.
Option 1: Web Browser
Once you have your account, you can access your portal through the web browser on your computer or phone. There are no additional setup steps for this option.
Option 2: Mobile App
Access your patient portal by downloading the Healow application for IOS (iPhone) or Android. Then follow the setup steps listed below.
Mobile App Setup Steps
If you chose to download the mobile app (IOS or Android), follow these steps after you’ve finished installing it on your phone:
- Launch the app on your phone.
- Enter your name and date of birth (DOB).
- Click on “Yes, I have Practice Code.”
- Enter the practice code for Umpqua Health Newton Creek: JCEJBD
- Umpqua Health Newton Creek will appear. Click on “This is my practice.”
- Select your cell phone number to receive a text with a confirmation number.
- Enter the confirmation number that was texted to your cell phone into the Healow app.
- Click on “Agree to the terms and conditions.”
- You will be prompted to create and confirm your password and a security question.
- You will then be prompted to create your 6-digit pin. Remember this number! You will enter this pin every time you log in.
- Now you will see the Healow wheel and are ready to login using your 6-digit pin!
